Intellectual property

Indemnification

Termination

On termination you must pay all outstanding fees for services performed up to the termination date and SeoAgencyBrisbane will deliver completed work as specified in the engagement terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

Changes to terms
